Thank you for donating your cell phone(s) to the 911 Cellphonebank Program. Your donation will allow the Foundation to provide emergency communications to needy seniors and victims of abuse wherever they may reside, especially in our local area. Consider these facts: 70% of all citizens own a cell phone, the average cell phone is replaced every 18 months, and less than 5% of all used cellular phones are recycled. Most end up in drawers collecting dust, while too many end up in our landfills. Your donation is a far better way to beneficially reuse that old cell phone while doing a good turn for the environment and our local communities.
